The Aspen Institute
The Aspen Institute is an international non-profit organization founded in 1950. Its mission is to foster enlightened leadership, the appreciation of timeless ideas and values, and open-minded dialogue on contemporary issues. Through seminars, policy programs, conferences and leadership development initiatives, the Institute and its international partners seek to promote the pursuit of common ground and deeper understanding in a non-partisan and non-ideological setting. Its international network includes partner Aspen Institutes in Berlin, Rome, Lyon and Tokyo, and leadership programs in Africa.

Simon Fraser University's Institute/Centre for Dialogue
Established in March 2002, the Dialogue Institute promotes dialogue in and outside the University through applied, theoretical, and collaborative research, education and professional development. It brings together community leaders and organizations, faculty members from Simon Fraser University and beyond, and students at the undergraduate and the graduate levels to explore dialogue as a discipline and its application in solving complex problems. A generous contribution from The Vancouver Foundation has enabled the Dialogue Institute to continue with community outreach and content development.

Canadian Policy Research Network
One of Canada's leading think-tanks, specializing in social and economic policy research and public engagement. Its mission is to help make Canada a more just, prosperous and caring society through excellent and timely research, effective networking and dissemination, and by providing a valued neutral space within which an open dialogue among all interested parties can take place. CPRN emphasizes projects that bridge economic and social policy issues. Projects are selected on the basis of their social importance and availability of funding.
